Designing a kids bedroom in a typical Chennai apartment (usually 80-120 sq ft) is one of the most challenging yet rewarding projects we undertake at Luxe Hayat. Bunk Beds and Loft Beds

For rooms shared by siblings, a well-designed bunk bed is a game-changer. We build custom bunk beds with integrated storage stairs (each step opens to reveal a storage compartment), a built-in study desk underneath the upper bunk, and safety rails that match the room design theme. For single-child rooms, a loft bed with a study nook underneath maximises floor space for play.
